Columbia High Band Sponsors March-a-thon
On Saturday, June 2 students in the Columbia High School band are putting aside their instruments and putting on their walking shoes to march around the school track to raise money to cover their band fees. Members of the Band of Gold are looking for sponsors to donate money for every lap they complete around the track. They will be walking the track from 8:30 a.m. to noon. For more details about sponsoring individual band members or making a donation, contact band director Michael McClain at 731-8950, extension 8970.
