Parent and Family Services to Hold Parent Workshop

Richland One Parent and Family Services will hold a parent workshop titled "Anger Management on November 17 & 18, 2006 at the Heyward Career Center, 3569 Lynhaven Drive.

The workshop will be facilitated by Mrs. Yvonne Pygatt, School Social Worker, LBSW, MEd., MA.

The program is as follows:

Friday, November 17, 2006
Time: 6pm-8:30pm
How to Recognize Symptoms, Manage and Control
Group Exercise
Questions and Discussion
(Light Dinner and Child Care Provided)

Saturday, November 18, 2006
Time: 9:30am -12noon
Relaxation Techniques
Group Exercise and Discussion
(Breakfast and Child Care Provided)

Directions to Heyward Career Center:Leaving S.A.B., turn left on Laurel St.; continue on Laurel to Two-Notch Rd.. Turn left on Two-Notch Rd.; proceed on Two Notch, cross Beltline Blvd., to Pine Belt Rd.. Turn right on Pine Belt Rd., go past Keenan High and turn left on Lynhaven Drive. School is at the bottom of the hill on the right.
