Demolition of Dreher High School Begins
A new chapter is being written in the history of Dreher High School, one of the district’s oldest schools. Demolition crews began knocking down the old Dreher High School on Monday, June 11, 2007.
The demolition is expected to take several weeks. The original building is being torn down to make way for the construction of a new Dreher High School, which is expected to open in the fall of 2007. The new school will accommodate 1,300 students.
