Rex to Speak in Richland One

Richland One's Governmental Relations Committee will host State Superintendent of Education Dr. Jim Rex at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 29 in the Olympia auditorium, 621 Bluff Road.

Rex will share his vision for the State Department of Education and for public schools in South Carolina and address key education-related legislative issues, including school choice and vouchers. He will take questions and comments from the audience after his presentation.

The meeting is open to all interested persons, but seating is limited.
