HARLEM WIZARDS TO PLAY FUND-RAISER AT LR

If you’re looking for something fun to do that the whole family can enjoy, plan to be at Lower Richland High School on Friday, March 30.

The Harlem Wizards, a professional entertainment basketball team that has toured around the world, will take on enthusiastic players from around the Midlands. The show will begin at 7 p.m. in the Lower Richland High gym.

The Harlem Wizards feature some of the world’s top basketball talent. Their games mix periods of competitive, fast-paced basketball action with parts that are mostly for laughs. Theatrics, tricks and alley-oops are part of the show, and every game is filled with surprises.

The March 30 event at Lower Richland High is a fund-raiser sponsored by the Mill Creek Elementary School PTA and School Improvement Council.

Advance tickets are $8 for students and $10 for the general public. Tickets are an additional $2 each if purchased at the event. For ticket information, call Chris Allen at 361-5186.
