New Look For Summer Technology Course and Workshop Registration

Registration for summer technology courses and workshops is open. You are invited to join the ITS staff at Olympia in late May and June for a wide variety of workshops and courses. We have a new look in our labs, and we also have a new look with registration using Avatar.

To register for courses or workshops, click on Registration in the yellow Quick Links bar on the left of the Richland One Web page (www.richlandone.org).This will take you to the Avatar Professional Development Management System. Your user name is the same login name that you use for Novell. Your password is the last four digits of your social security number. After you enter your user name and password, click enter.

This takes you to the registration page. On the Course InSite toolbar at the top of the page, click Class Catalog. To find the technology courses and workshops, scroll down to technology under Categories from the drop-down menu box. Click Search, and all of the courses and workshops listed under technology will appear. Not all of these are Instructional Technology Services courses and workshops.

Click on the course or workshop for which you would like to register. This gives you the course or workshop information. To register, click on Register at the bottom of the screen. With one click of the mouse, you are registered.
