Richland One's Procurement Services Receives Top National Award

Richland One’s Procurement and Warehouse Services department has attained a national distinction that only 3% of governmental agencies ever achieve. The department recently received notification that it had won the Outstanding Agency Accreditation Achievement Award from the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP). This award recognizes excellence in public procurement by following rigorous standards and solid purchasing procedures. Only 88 agencies have attained this honor.

The NIGP is an international nonprofit educational and technical organization of public purchasing agencies. Its membership represents 2,600 federal, state, provincial and local governmental agencies throughout the United States and Canada.
