Fifth Annual Palmetto Invitational Show Band Festival Scheduled The Eau Claire High School "No Half-Steppin" Marching Band and the W.J. Keenan High School Marching Raider "Rubber" Band are hosting the 5th Annual Palmetto Invitational Show Band Festival Oct. 30 at 2 p.m. at Memorial Stadium. Some of the best high-school high stepping bands from Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina are participating including Darlington, Calhoun County, Burke, Kingstree, Cross, C.A. Johnson, Marlboro County, Carvers Bay and McCormick. Each band will perform for 15 minutes to the accompaniment of contemporary, R&B and jazz selections. Advance tickets are $5 students and $7 adults;
tickets at the gate are $6 students and $8 adults.
