Richland One Middle College to Graduate its First Class

It’s an historic event! The Richland One Middle College will graduate its first class of seniors in ceremonies on Thursday, May 25 at 7 p.m. at The Koger Center for the Arts, 1051 Greene Street. Forty-one students will be in the 2006 graduating class.

The Middle College is a Richland One charter school that allows high school students to learn in a college environment. Classes are held on the campus of Midlands Technical College. The Middle College accepts juniors and seniors who are interested in taking college-level courses in technical fields. Its curriculum helps prepare them for careers in the business world. The school opened its doors on August 5, 2004.
