National RIF Writing Winner
Congratulations to Alexis Walters, sixth-grader
at Hopkins Middle School. She is one of 10
national winners in RIF's Back-To-School writing
contest.
Her essay is entitled, "My First Day of School."
Her essay begins, "My alarm went off at 7:30.
Startled out of my sleep, I somehow got myself
tangled in the bed sheets and fell face-first
