Richland One Offers Free Class for Local Construction Contractors

Richland One wraps up its three-part series for local contractors this coming Thursday, January 12. The final session covers project management and is open to any local contractor who has an interest in doing a school construction project with Richland One. The class is open to the public, but you must register first. The final class will be held at the Lyon Street Services Center, 1310 Lyon Street, from 6:30 - 8:30 PM. Earlier classes covered topics ranging from construction contracts to communications management.

Workshop facilitator: Lasenta Lewis-Ellis of ENVIRO AgScience, has overseen numerous multi-million dollar construction projects.
Topics include tips on starting, setting up and scheduling jobs and projects.

There is no cost for the workshop which will also include instructions on completing projects on time and within budget without sacrificing quality.
