Forum To Focus On Emergency Preparedness

Richland One and Brennan Consulting and Training will hold a Community Emergency Preparedness Forum from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, March 25 in the main auditorium at the Olympia Leadership Institute, 621 Bluff Rd.

The purpose of the forum is to educate parents and concerned citizens about the district’s emergency procedures. The forum will provide an overview of Richland One’s emergency preparedness and crisis management program. The responsibilities of schools and parents in the event of a school crisis also will be on the agenda. The forum will conclude with a question-and-answer session.

Parents of children attending school in Richland One, as well as district staff and community members, are invited and encouraged to attend.
