Dreher Student Selected for National Junior Honor Choir

Congratulations to Jay Zenger of Dreher, who is one of seven South Carolina students selected for membership in the American Choral Directors Association's National Junior Honor Choir.

The choir will perform in Los Angeles in February, along with many other choral groups, including the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. Venues will include the new Walt Disney Concert Hall.

For three years at Hand, Jay was a student of June Kirkland. In that time, he received three Superior ratings at solo/ensemble festivals and has performed at two SC/ACDA concerts.

Dr. Donald Holland is now his choral director at Dreher.
