Caughman Road Elementary Wins Third National Literary Honor

For the third time in a row Caughman Road Elementary has won first place with special merit for its literary magazine, making it the only elementary school in the USA and Canada to have received this honor from the American Scholastic Press Association. The distinction of "first place with special merit" is awarded to school publications that exhibit special and outstanding design and content.

The American Scholastic Press Association is a national organization that collects and judges magazines, newsletters, and yearbooks produced by universities, as well as elementary, middle and high schools from across the country.
