Richland School District One’s visual and performing arts department
presents Arts Festival 2003: Creating The Dream March 12
at Carolina Coliseum.
Performances are at 10:15 a.m. for all fifth- and
eighth-grade students in the district and at 7 p.m. for
the general public. There is no admission charge.
