Nov. 5 is half-day for Richland One elementary and middle school students 

Richland One elementary and middle school students will attend school for a half-day Wednesday, Nov. 5.

Elementary schools dismiss at 12 p.m., and middle schools dismiss at 1 p.m.

Teachers will participate in staff development activities.
