SUPERINTENDENT SEARCH: SURVEY ALLOWS COMMUNITY TO PROVIDE INPUT The Richland One Board of School Commissioners invites the community to participate in an online survey about its search for the district’s next superintendent. BWP & Associates, the firm hired by the Board to conduct the superintendent search, will collect feedback from the community through the survey which can be accessed from the home page of the district’s Web site at www.richlandone.org. BWP will use the responses to establish a profile of the qualities, skills and experience the Richland One community wants in its next superintendent. The survey will be open through the end of March. In addition to the online survey, the Board held a series of employee input sessions and community forums the week of February 25 to gather input on the superintendent search. Consultants from BWP conducted those sessions. BWP will compile the feedback provided by the community through the online survey and share that information with Board prior to its selection of candidates. Applications are due April 4.
