ELECTED OFFICIALS DISCUSS PARTNERSHIP ON RICHLAND ONE TV TALK SHOW

Elected officials from Richland One, the City of Columbia and Richland County are the guests on the current edition of the Richland One TV talk show Perspectives.

Host Karen York discusses the newly-formed Together We Can coalition with Richland One Board Chairwoman Wendy Brawley, Columbia Mayor Bob Coble, City Councilman E.W. Cromartie II and Richland County Council Chairman Joe McEachern.

The group talks about the historic partnership and the commitment made by the city and the county to work with Richland One, businesses and nonprofit organizations to raise student achievement in the district’s low-performing schools and "build a better community." Together We Can’s recent fact-finding trip to the Mobile (Ala.) County Public Schools is also highlighted during the show.
