NCLB Goal: By 2013-14, all (100%) students reach proficient level on state assessments.

Supplemental Service Providers (Updated 12/2/05)

SES, Supplemental Educational Services, are provided to each eligible student enrolled at a school identified for School Improvement. The eduicational services provide free tutoring individually or to small groups of students in reading and/or math for a specified period. A contract has to be signed by the parent and student stating that the effort will be made to attend and complete the work, the provider stating that the services offered will be provided, and by Title I stating that federal funds will pay for the tutoring.

As of January 15, 2006, 321 students have signed up for these supplemental educational services and 212 are receiving services. Numbers for each provider are listed below.

The districtwide intervention for ELA and Math is Successmaker.
Title I is offering SuccessMaker at Home as an intervention tool to help schools make AYP in all Title I schoolwide schools. More information on this intervention can be found here.
Schoolwide Programs offer After School tutoring to move students from Basic to Proficient.
Some Schoolwide Programs offer Saturday School tutoring to move students from Basic to Proficient.
Title I will offer a three week summer schedule in June 2007
