New Student Enrollment Information

When a student new to Richland School District One comes to enroll at a school please bring the following information:               

  • IEP (Individual Education Plan)
  • Most recent psychological evaluation report
  • Name and address of previous school
  • Other recent evaluation results
  • Contact Person for additional information
  • Social Security number
  • Medicaid number (if applicable)

Any discharge or dismissal from previous program information
