Procurement Services is dedicated to serving on of South Carolina's largest school district's, Richland County School District One. We are responsible for procuring all services and equipment for more than 4,000 staff members of Richland One and the Richland One population of more than 23,000 students for urban, suburban and rural community. Procurement Services process requests according to the State of South Carolina Procurement Laws, and various policies and regulations applicable to the procurement field

Our Mission is to provide the best services and materials for our students and to maintain the academic advancements of all children in Richland County School District One.
