Routing Slip To fill out the form online, start by typing a name in the Application Initiator box. Press the tab key on the keyboard to move to the next box that needs to be filled in. Continue pressing the tab key to move through the boxes you need to fill in. You may use the combination of Shift key + the Tab key to move backwards through the form. Or, you may use your mouse to click on the box you need to fill in. Three boxes will contain a dollar amount: Total Budgeted Amount, Funding Sources District and Funding Sources Other. Do not type a dollar sign ($) in these boxes. Simply type in the number that represents your dollar amount. Dollar signs will automatically be added after you tab off the box. Choose
the File menu, then Save As to save the
form onto your own computer. The file will
be saved as a Microsoft Word document,
and changes can be made to it at another
time if necessary. Choose the File menu,
then Print to print the form. Note: This
document will print best on a laser printer,
rather than an ink jet printer. If you
must print to an ink jet printer, you may
get a message when printing that the margins
are set outside the printable area of the
