PARENTS
AND STUDENTS SUCCEED (PASS)
About
PASS
The crux of the PASS project is an after-school tutorial program which
is operated by certified district teachers in six homeless shelters. Students
are tutored in small groups and provided individual learning experiences
through computer-assisted integrated learning systems.
PASS
Projects serve homeless students and
families in the following shelters located
within the Richland One area:
Children's
Garden
Family Shelter
Palmetto Place
Sistercare
St. Lawrence Place
Hannah House
PASS works
to eliminate or reduce barriers to school
enrollment and learning success for children
experiencing homelessness. With a strong
commitment to our students and families,
we strive to aggressively address their
needs through innovative programming.
