Management Services Division supports students, faculty and staff by providing a safe and healthy environment conducive to learning. The division is responsible for developing and implementing a set of standards that measures the adequacy of existing school facilities, both long and short term, and planning capital improvement projects, while at the same time protecting the investment of taxpayers. The learning environment is constantly being upgraded or maintained by repairs and improvements.

The Management Services Division is constantly striving for excellence in its service to the students, parents, taxpayers, faculty and staff of Richland One.
