Personnel Requirements In the prior bond referendum, an additional FTE was provided for the principals who were combining two schools into one new one. That is not the case with this bond referendum. Also, there will be an Interior Design Consultant and a Furniture and Fixture Consultant who will be working with the principals at the individual schools to help with coordination, make sure all schools use the same standards, and help principals as needed in these areas. For FY 2003-2004 there will not be additional FTEs allocated for any of the projects. If there is a reason to review this plan due to hardships or problems due to construction, Human Resource Services will do a review during FY 2003-2004 or as needed to determine if additional FTEs are necessary. |
